Nexus Telecom is a privately held Swiss company providing telecom management systems, based on COTS (components off-the-shelf) to TMF standards, for network monitoring, service assurance and customer experience information.[1] Part of the Noser Group, a Swiss technology holding company, Nexus Telecom is not subject to market fluctuations.[2] Founded in 1994, Nexus Telecom has 15+ years in the business of Mobile Monitoring.[2] With over 120 employees, headquarters in Switzerland and regional offices in Canada, Germany, Malaysia, Pakistan, South Africa and the UAE, Nexus Telecom’s customer base includes many large network operators across the globe.[1]

Nexus Telecom sells off-the-shelf products and services designed to monitor, test and measure how a subscriber experiences the service provided by an operator.[1] Nexus Telecom has its roots in Service & Network Performance Management and Roaming Monitoring, and also has business extending into the Service Assurance Domain belonging to the OSS industry. Nexus Telecom’s analytical software is designed to help telecommunication service degradations and network malfunctions to be detected in real-time or offline.[2]
