Nikkan Lee (李日韓 Ri Nikkan) (born Yuki Shiraishi (白石友紀 Shiraishi Yuki) on 15 April 1975 in Seoul, Republic of Korea) is a Japanese-Korean puroresu referee who is foremost known as a face of the promotion Big Japan Pro Wrestling (BJW). She is currently a Referee for WWE's NXT brand.

Lee is the primary referee of BJW[1] and she is noted to be, along with Megumi Grace Asano of Dramatic Dream Team, one of the only two female referees in Japanese male wrestling.[2] She made her refereeing debut on 29 March 1999 at a match between Mike Samples and Guerrero del Futuro in Ibaraki, Ibaraki[3] and has also had several non-wrestling appearances on Japanese TV.[1]

Lee also makes occasional appearances as a wrestler for promotions like her proper BJW and Dramatic Dream Team, where she competes as Nippon Li on DDT's New Beijing Puroresu events.[1][4] On September 30, 2016 Lee made her debut in WWE's NXT live event in Orlando, Fla as the newest referee. It is currently unknown if she has signed a contract with WWE at this time.[5]
