Ningbo Southern Business District

The Ningbo Southern Business District ("Ningbo CBD"), beginning planning November 16, 2010,[1] is a planned economic area to attract a sophisticated added value workforce nexus in the Yinzhou District of Ningbo. The Ningbo Southern Business District has received government stimulus such as the establishment of the Ningbo Industrial Advertising Park, a national level economic zone.[2] By October 2015, the 1st of 4 phases had an 88.9% settlement rate.[1]
