Nisaba Adi Godrej, also known as Nisa is an Indian business woman in Godrej Consumer Products.

She also oversees the corporate strategy and human capital functions for Godrej Industries and its associate companies.[1] Nisa drives the Godrej Group’s 'Good & Green' (CSR) initiatives and is the point person for the operations of the Godrej Family Council.[2]

She is currently on the boards of GCPL, Godrej Agrovet and Teach for India.[3][4]

Education

Nisa completed her Bachelor of Science (BSc) from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School.[5][6] She completed her schooling from The Cathedral & John Connon School.

Career

Nisa's previous assignments within the Godrej Group include the turnaround of Godrej Agrovet. She has overseen various projects in, innovation, strategy and HR for Godrej Industries and its associate companies.[7]

Personal life

Nisa lives in Mumbai with her husband, Kalpesh Mehta, and son, Zoran. Her father, Adi Godrej, is the Chairman of the Godrej Group.[8]

Nisa is a board member of Teach for India.[9]
