Noriyuki Kazaoka

Noriyuki Kazaoka (Japanese: 風岡典之) (born September 15, 1946) is Grand Steward of the Imperial Household Agency, and has been since 2012. He was born in Niigata Prefecture.[1][2][3][4][5]
