The OVW Tag Team Championship is the tag team titles of Ohio Valley Wrestling. Created in 1997, the first champions were Nick Dinsmore and Flash Flanagan.

The current champions are Big Jon and Justin Smooth. They defeated The Legacy of Brutality (Big Zo and Hy-Zaya) for the championships on December 3, 2016 at an OVW Saturday Night Special from Louisville, Kentucky.
