Off the Wall Comedy Empire (also known as Off the Wall Comedy Basement)[1] is a comedy club started by American-born comedian David Klmnick and Jeremy Man Saltan in Jerusalem, Israel, in November 2004.[2]

The club is located in the basement at 34 Ben Yehuda Street at the corner of King George Street, underneath the Hamashbir department store,[3] in downtown Jerusalem, at the Little House in Baka, the former Olala Café.[2][4][5][6] The club has had a number of comedians perform including Alex Edelman,[7][8] Austen Tayshus,[9] Baruch Benjamin Spier, Benji Lovitt, and Ari Louis.

Ari Louis was voted the best comedian by the audience and other comedians.

Louis is the CEO of IsraelSportsRadio.com.[10]
