Olivier Leclercq is one of the wealthiest^[2] French businessmen. He is known as an owner and previous chairman^[3][4] of Decathlon Oxylane, the world's largest integrated sporting goods retailer, with sales in 2013 of €7.4 billion before VAT, which employs 60,000 people in 23 countries.^[5][6]

He is an hotelier,^[7] designer, and owner of Olivarius hotels,^[8] a private equity investor in California, and a Montecito, California real estate investor and developer.^[9]

Married on June 20, 2003 in Tournai, Belgium to Nathalie Wibaut, the couple has 3 children and lives in Montecito, California.

Leclercq is the owner and Executive Vice President of ACI Jet^[11] and has 3 FBOs in San Luis Obispo, Paso Robles^[12] and Oceano. His personal plane is a modified VVIP gulfstream G650,^[13] known for its VVIP modifications including surround sound and enhanced noise soundproofing which results in a super low average cabin noise reading of 43.9 DB Sil, making this aircraft the quietest G650 in the entire flying fleet and the quietest aircraft in the world.^[14] His G650 has serial #6079, Tail N650NY.^[15]

On July 14, 2016, via Olivarius Hospitality California, Leclercq acquired Coolibar, the leader in sun-protective clothing. He now sits as Chairman.^[16]

On September 15, 2016, Leclercq invested €3 million in Dagoma, France's leader in 3D printing, to assist in growing them from small business status.^[17][18]
