Oluf Skarpnes

Oluf Skarpnes (born 26 December 1932) is a Norwegian jurist.

From 1982 to 1998 he was the County Governor of Vest-Agder. He had previously worked as a jurist in the Norwegian Ministry of Justice. He was also the chair of the Skarpnes commission.[1]
