One Lincoln Tower [2] is a luxury hotel and condominium building located within the Lincoln Square complex in downtown Bellevue, Washington. Construction began on June 27, 2000, and topped out on July 13, 2005. The tower has 42 floors and is home to 148 condominiums and the Westin Bellevue, a 303-room hotel. It is also features many restaurants, stores, cinema, bowling alley and a 65,000 ft² health club.[3]
