Painful fat herniation

Painful fat herniation (also known as "Painful piezogenic pedal papules"[1] and "Piezogenic papules"[2]) is a rare cause of painful feet due to fat herniations through the thin fascial layers of the weight-bearing parts of the heel.[1]:44
