Paper cup forming machine

Paper cup forming machines[1] are machines used for making disposable (single-side) film-coated paper cups like beverage cups and ice cream cups.

Process

This machine includes whole process as: paper feeding, sealing, oil silicon lubrication, bottom-punching, heating, knurling, curling and cup discharge.

Raw Material

Normally, the forming machine accepts single side Polyethylene (PE) coated and double side PE coated paper as material of paper cup. The PE coated paper should be cut by the roll type die-cutting machine or impact die-cutting machine.[2]
