Paulo Centurión (born December 8, 1982 in Formosa, Argentina) is an Argentine footballer who plays for Deportivo Escuintla Heredia.

Paulo Centurión is the son of Argentine international footballer Cristino Centurión, and has played in three different countries: Paraguay, Guatemala and Puerto Rico. He is a Defense that is characterized by his strength, aerial ability and good technical condition.

Club Guaraní (Paraguay)

He debuted as a professional footballer at the Club Guaraní, on August 29, 2004 in the Paraguayan Primera División, entering the 38th minute replacement in the game that the club faced the Club Guaraní of Paraguay Club Nacional, March April 16, 2006, Paulo scored his first goal as a professional Club Fernando de la Mora for the date 13 of the Apertura 2006. He makes his second debut with Club Sol de America (Formosa) on September 22, 2013 in the city of Posadas capital of the province of Misiones, in front of Club Ex - 185 students of that city. Antigua GFC (Guatemala)
