Pemberton's Headquarters, also known as Willis-Cowan House, is a two-story brick house that served as the headquarters for Confederate General John C. Pemberton during most of the 47-day siege of Vicksburg, and the site where he decided to surrender the city to Union General Ulysses S. Grant on July 4, 1863.

During the 1960s the building housed a kindergarten associated with Vicksburg Catholic School (St. Francis Xavier Academy Kindergarten).

The house was declared a National Historic Landmark in 1976.^[2]^[3]

The historic house museum is part of Vicksburg National Military Park, and is located at 1018 or 1020 Crawford Street, Vicksburg, Mississippi.
