Philippe d'Ursel

Count Philippe Marie Eugène d'Ursel (born June 28, 1920) is a former Belgian alpine skier who competed at the 1948 Winter Olympics in St. Moritz. He finished 70th in a field of 111 competitors in the men's downhill event and 39th in a field of 78 competitors in the men's combined event. He was born in Bern, Switzerland and has held the title of Count from birth.[1]
