SPECTRUM is a unique event in SPPU of First Year Engineering Students. TECHLLIGENT consists of events and competitions related to models, projects, papers, demonstrations and coding. Students of PCCOE have active participation in international level competitions like "ABU ROBOCON" and 'SAE BAJA' and 'Supra' and ACM ICPC.

Entrepreneurship cell

In 2010, a few students initiated the functioning of an active Entrepreneurship Development Cell to establish an entrepreneurial ecosystem on the campus. The cell has been named as KANISHK and has organized multiple events and workshops regarding Leadership, Team Management as well as Business Start-ups. The Entrepreneurship Week conducted between 13 and 18 February 2012 was the most successful event in the cell's history so far. The key members of the E-Week 2012's team include Aishwarya Chandrasekaran, Dipin Nair, Sneha Nakil under the leadership of Anikait Chavan and Ansh Bahri who have always played a vital role in shaping the cell being one of the founding members. Apart from the academics, institute also believes in creating leaders for the nation and thus PCCOE has always encouraged KANISHK and their leaders to discover new ways of spreading awareness about entrepreneurship.

ABU Robocon and SAE BAJA

PCCOE has been participating in ABU Robocon India since 2011. This has proved to be a real trigger to the robotics activities in PCCOE campus. Along with SAE BAJA, these competitions ensure that the students do not limit themselves to just theoretical knowledge and are exposed to handle practical and management based issues as well. The official name of the ROBOCON team is 'TEAM AUTOMATONS' while the SAE-BAJA team is 'RED BARON'. College also Participated in "SUPRA" the Race car Design Competition.
