Rajalakshmi (June 2, 1930 – January 18, 1965) was a Malayalam writer and poet in India. She was born at Cherpulassery, Palakkad; her father was Marath Achutha Menon and mother was Kutty Malu Amma. Professionally she was a lecturer in Physics and worked in many NSS Colleges including the one at Ottappalam. As a notable writer she won the Kerala Sahithya Academy Award in 1960 for her work Oru Vazhiyum Kure Nizhalukalum (A Path and a Few Shadows).[1] It later became a TV serial and was broadcast as a play by All India Radio.[2][3] Her other notable works of fiction are Njaneenna Bhavam (ഞാനെന്ന ഭാവം) and Uchaveyilum Ilam Nilavum (ഉച്ചവെയിലും ഇളംനിലാവും). Her famous poem is “Ninne Njan Snehikkunnu”.

She was the younger sister of T. A. Sarasvati Amma.

She committed suicide in 1965.
