Rayford B. High, Jr.
Rayford B. High, Jr. is a bishop of the Episcopal Church. He was consecrated October 4, 2003 as bishop suffragan in the Episcopal Diocese of Texas and served as bishop provisional of the Episcopal Diocese of Fort Worth since November, 2012.
