Raymond Groarke (born 1952) is President of the Circuit Court.

He was educated at Clongowes Wood College, University College Dublin and the King's Inns. He was called to the Bar in 1973. In 1996 he was appointed a judge of the Circuit Court.[1] He was nominated for appointment as President of the Circuit Court on 12 June 2012.[2] The President of the Circuit Court has a term of seven years. Mr Justice Groarke is an ex officio judge of the High Court.
