Riva Marie Di Paola (born January 7) is a Canadian actress.[1]

Personal life

Born in Toronto, Canada to an Italian father and Irish mother, she attended the Etobicoke School of the Arts with a major in theatre. She later studied at New York City's renowned Circle in the Square Theatre School on Broadway. She currently splits her time between New York and Los Angeles with her husband, John Vincent Lombardi.

Career

As a teenager, she was cast in CBC's highly popular series Street Cents. She has starred in the Off Broadway premier of "Quake" by playwright Melanie Marnich; The Dessert Club (Toronto Fringe Festival) in which she co-wrote, produced and starred in (also winning the Women In Film & Television development grant to create an original sitcom series through SUNtv; the hit series Crimes Of Fashion [2] for Star TV & Fashion Television, Tina in Second City's long running Tony n' Tina's Wedding,[3] the voice of Rebecca Chambers in the video game Resident Evil 0.[4] Riva's voice can be heard on hundreds of National Campaigns, Animations and Video Games.
