Roberto Carcelen (born September 8, 1970), is a Peruvian-American cross-country skier, who in 2010 became the first Peruvian ever to qualify and also compete in the Winter Olympic Games. He had learned the sport from his American wife.[1][2] He qualified again in 2013 for 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi, Russia.[3][4]

He's the founder and executive director of The Roberto Carcelen Foundation.
