Rogelio Ricardo Livieres Plano

Rogelio Ricardo Livieres Plano (August 30, 1945 – August 14, 2015) was a Roman Catholic bishop.

Born in Argentina, Livieres Plano was ordained to the priesthood in 1978. In 2004, Livieres Plano was appointed bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Ciudad del Este, Paraguay. On September 25, 2014, he was removed from office.[1]
