Romaria Magdalena Simbolon, or simple called as Romaria (born November 15, 2008) is an Indonesian child singer who had gained popularity with her hits single "Malu Sama Kucing".[1]

Career

Romaria Magdalena Simbolon was born on November 15, 2008, on Jakarta, to parents Monalisa Sitorus and Jams Simbolon. She has an oldest brother for singer and also former member Coboy Junior (now CJR) Bastian Bintang Simbolon. She had began her debut career for auditioned to an SCTV talent show children competition Little Miss Indonesia Season 2.

After eliminated in this competition, Romaria signed to label Hits Records and began releasing hits single, titled "Malu Sama Kucing" which had more popularity and known into public for directly. She also performing and promoting in several music show, including Dahsyat. For her hits single, Romaria has winning her first major music awards Anugerah Musik Indonesia for Best Children Female Solo Artist.[2] After that, she return to producing second single "Jangan Ngambek Aja".[3]

In addition, Romaria began releasing her official debut album, titled Superhero,[4] which had listed in 2016 Best Children Album at 19th Annual Anugerah Musik Indonesia.
