Founded in 1984, Sage Hospitality has grown into one of the largest privately held hotel management, investment and development companies in the nation operating a variety of large, full-service hotels and extended stay and select-service properties. History

Zack Neumeyer,[1] Walter Isenberg, and Steve Mikol founded Sage in 1984 in Denver, Colorado. Sage manages and invests in hotels nationwide. Sage has developed and operated over 400 hotels in forty states. Sage is recognized for its work in historic redevelopment of hotels. Sage Restaurant Group has ten distinct concept restaurants. Isenberg is CEO and President and Neumeyer is Chairman.
