Savar Cantonment
A battalion of PLZ-45 howitzers in service with the Bangladesh Army are based at the Savar Cantonment.
Savar Cantonment (Bengali: সাভার সেনানিবাস) is a cantonment located in Savar, Dhaka, Bangladesh. The 9th infantry division of Bangladesh Army is garrisoned here.[1] Injured victims from Rana Plaza accident were treated here.[2] Savar Golf Club is located in the cantonment.[3]
