Schweppes Australia is the Australian branch of beverage company Schweppes, having arrived in the country in 1850. In 1877, the first factory was built in Sydney. Formerly the beverage division of Cadbury Schweppes, the company was separated on the 27th of February 2009, and in April, Schweppes Australia was acquired by Asahi Breweries.
