Sergey Tereshchenko (born 30 March 1951) is a Kazakhstani politician. He served as Prime Minister of Kazakhstan from 14 October 1991 to 12 October 1994.

In 1998, he was among those supporting the re-election of Nursultan Nazarbayev as President. [1]
