Settefrati is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Frosinone in the Italian region Lazio, located about 120 kilometres (75 mi) east of Rome and about 40 kilometres (25 mi) east of Frosinone.

Main sights

The territory of Settefrati houses the ancient Sanctuary of Canneto; near to it, in 1958, remains of an ancient dedicated to the Italic goddess Mephites was found (c. 3rd century BC). Of the 10th-century castles a tower and some ruins remain.
