Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Ghardaqa

Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Ghardaqa was the commander of the Saudi army in Oman. He comes from the Al Ghardaqa family of the Uyunid dynasty. It was said that he was killed in 1225 AH (1810). However, the author of the book detailed in The History of the United Arab Emirates c 1 330 stated that he was killed the year 1228 AH (1813).[1]
