Pandit Shyam Bihari Baijnath Mishra is an Indian politician belonging to the Bharatiya Janata Party. He is a former member of the Lok Sabha elected from Bilhaur Lok Sabha Constituency in Kanpur district for four times.[1] He is now the President of Bharatiya Udyog Vyapaar Mandal.
