Siahkalrud (Persian: سياهكلرود‎‎, also Romanized as Sīāhkalrūd and Seyāhkalarūd; also known as Oţāqvar)[1] is a village in Siahkalrud Rural District, Chaboksar District, Ramsar County, Mazandaran Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 5،987, in 1249 families.[2]
