Background

Siri Music Group is an American record label, which operates in association with Capitol Music Group/Caroline. Siri Music Group began in 2006 ventured from producer/songwriter Chauncy Jackson. The upper-level management consists of musicians allowing a direct connection to the creation process. This in turn, enables Siri Music Group to attract and nurture only the most talented and musically gifted artists. However, alongside the management team is a solid marketing, branding, and PR team that extends each artist’s success well beyond music sales.

The label’s first two official releases, Jeremiah (2006) and Stefani Vara (2009) then distributed by Universal Republic Motown Group, are testimonies to the marketing magic of Siri Music Group. Jeremiah’s video for his debut single “Get Away,” premiered on BETJ alongside an interview/performance of songs previewing the album. The second video for his single, “Love For A While,” featuring Shanice premiered on VH1 Soul and is still in rotation. Stefani Vara’s debut single and video, “Water,” premiered on Sirius Radio & MTV, Logo/PopLab and went on to garner spins at Fuse, MTV Hits and featured on Yahoo Music among others. “Water,” was also featured in the hit Lifetime Movie, What Color is Love?, which averaged 1.6 million total viewers during its early 2009 premiere. In addition the song, “Lately,” was featured in The Cinderella Pact in February 2010 on Lifetime Movie Network. Both songs were also written by label owner, Chauncy Jackson and co-writer Kim “KC” Croft. In addition, Vara, a model turned singer has been the lead model in campaigns by Adidas, Southpole Footwear, Azzure, Dollhouse and Request, all obtained by Siri Music Group. In May 2009, the label struck gold again with the release of Skye Taylor's debut single "Blessed," which MTV said, "Dive into the soft and smoky vocals of up-and-coming R&B force, Skye Taylor."

Upcoming releases include Evee, Okera, Charlie Vox and Miesa. Behind such top notch artists is a litany of top notch producers including: Darien Dorsey, T- Minus (Nicki Minaj, Drake), The Chemistri (Deborah Cox) and veterans JR Rotem (Britney Spears, Whitney Houston), Troy Taylor (Trey Songz), and Chauncy Jackson (Tamia, Jessica Simpson).
