Skullcap Crew

Skullcap Crew is a nickname given to a group of five Chicago Police officers in a gang tactical unit[1] who have been known for abuse,[2][3] and praise within the Chicago Police Department. They have been involved in over 20 federal lawsuits.[4] The officers include: Edwin Utreras, Robert Stegmiller, Christ Savickas, Andrew Schoeff and Joe Seinitz [5]
