SongKitchen

SongKitchen is an independent Los Angeles-based music publishing and production company.[1] The company was founded in 2009, and is run by songwriter, producer and vocalist Allan Eshuijs. SongKitchen mainly focuses on Pop, EDM, and house music and aims to further the careers of the next generation producers and songwriters.[2] The company is home to artists such as House of Titans, Jordan Viper, Sander W. and Jared Hiwat.

History

Fresh off the heels of penning hits for artists such as Madcon, Estelle, Taio Cruz, Macy Gray and Cascada, Allan decided in 2009 to take matters into his own hand and start his own publishing and production company called SongKitchen. What prompted the decision was that he felt he had outgrown his deal with Universal Music Publishing and that he wanted to develop his own business.[3] Since its formation the company has signed several promising acts. Allan himself is actively involved in pitching songs and seeking out new talent.[4]
