Located in Abu Dhabi, Sorouh Real Estate PJSC is one of the largest real estate developers in the UAE, and currently has over AED 70 billion (USD $19 billion) worth of projects under development.[1] In June 2013, it merged with Aldar Properties PJSC.[2]

Master Developments

Sorouh Real Estate PJSC has a range of master developments that are notable as high profile and innovative within the UAE. These developments range from commercial, community, hotel and resort, leisure, as well as residential and retail. The master developments associated with Sorouh at present include Shams Abu Dhabi, Alghadeer, Lulu Island, and Saraya.[3]

Community Developments

Aside from the Master Developments, Sorouh also has a number of community developments which provide a comfortable and convenient home for residents. Current projects include Golf Gardens, Khalidiya Village, Sas Al Nakhl Village, Al Oyoun Village.[4]

Single Developments

Sorouh Real Estate PJSC also have single buildings in their development portfolio. At present, Tala Tower is the only project listed. The project is to be a 49 floor apartment building in the Marina Square area of Al Reem Island.[5]
