Saint Pius X School is a Catholic elementary school located at 321 Wood Road in South Yarmouth, Massachusetts on Cape Cod. St. Pius X School shares a campus with Saint Pius X Catholic Church (41°40′22″N 70°11′11″W / 41.672738°N 70.186442°W / 41.672738; -70.186442Coordinates: 41°40′22″N 70°11′11″W / 41.672738°N 70.186442°W / 41.672738; -70.186442).

Founded in 2004, St. Pius X School is a Pre-K through Grade 8 private, Catholic School accredited and commended by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges. St. Pius X School educates students: to learn the Catholic faith and follow in the footsteps of Jesus Christ; to grow spiritually, academically and socially and to live a life of faith, service, and integrity. The principal is Mrs. Anne Dailey.

St. Pius X School is known for its spirit, athletic excellence, and variety of extracurricular activities including: Art Attack, Marching Band, Book Club, Chorus, Drama, Flag Football, Golf, Lego Club, Mini Ninjas, National Junior Honor Society, Quiz Bowl, Therapy Dogs, Soccer, Cross Country, Basketball, Cheerleading, Softball, Tennis and Golf. St. Pius X School is the founding school of the Cape Cod Super Six Athletic Conference

St. Pius X School's campus includes a regulation gymnasium, athletic field, library, technology lab, chapel, and a multi-functional cafeteria. St. Pius X School hosts a variety of community events over the course of the year.
