About

She has been an active member since her election into the house rising concerns ranging from dowry deaths to Science and Technology.[1]

While she served as the Chairperson of the Girijan Co-Operative Corporation[2] from 2005 to 2007, she was instrumental in reviving[3] the almost obsolete corporation to an operative status.[4] She succeeded in persuading the then Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Dr. Y.
