Takashi Shimoda (下田 崇 Shimoda Takashi, born November 28, 1975) is a former Japanese football player. He played for Japan national team. He was a goalkeeper.[1] He joined Sanfrecce Hiroshima in 1994, became their first-choice goalkeeper in 1998, and played there until the end of his career.

He represented Japan at the 1996 Summer Olympics.
