The Joint

The Joint is a 4,000 seat[1] showroom located inside the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Paradise, Nevada. This is a common venue for classic rock and modern rock bands in the Las Vegas Valley.[2]

The versatility of the venue is demonstrated by its ability to host other events like the World Extreme Cagefighting[3] and TNA Wrestling iMPACT!.[4]

The Joint tends to book groups who traditionally favor arena types of venues.

History

Opened in 1995, The Joint was a 1,500 seat showroom with the ability to accommodate 2,000 people when seating was not provided.[5]

Mötley Crüe closed the first incarnation of The old Joint in the final concert on February 7, 2009.[6]

The new Joint doubled in size with 4,000 seats and opened on April 17, 2009, with a concert by Avenged Sevenfold.[7]
