The swamp palm bulbul (Thescelocichla leucopleura), also known as the swamp greenbul, is a species of songbird in the Pycnonotidae family. It is monotypic within the genus Thescelocichla.[2]
Distribution
It is found in Angola, Benin, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Republic of the Congo, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ivory Coast, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Liberia, Nigeria, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Togo, and Uganda. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical dry forests, subtropical or tropical swamps, and moist savanna.< ref name = "IUCN"/>
