Todo Balita (currently under the name Todo Arangkada Balita) is a morning newscast and radio talk show in Mega Manila, Philippines that airs over the 8TriMedia block of DZRJ-AM weekdays from 8am to 10am.[1][2] The show is anchored by Neil Ocampo, known in the country as the Total News-Tertainer (a pun between "newscaster" and "entertainer"), a newscaster with an exceptional entertaining caliber, which he remains until the present.

Launched on March 12, 2001, Todo Balita originally aired on DZMM and DZMM TeleRadyo from 5am to 7am and its first 15 minutes were simulcast over ABS-CBN in 2008. Ocampo left the station in 2009 to run as mayor of Marilao, Bulacan but his show continued with rotating anchors until it left DZMM for good on July 9, 2010 in preparation for the relaunch of Noli de Castro's Kabayan.

Todo Balita was relaunched on 92.3 News FM on November 8, 2010 with Ocampo as host until he left in early 2013 for undisclosed reasons. On May 9, 2013, the 6am timeslot was renamed to Radyo Singko Balita with Ocampo's relief anchor Joel Gorospe filling in the gap. Since June 17, 2013, Orly Mercado has replaced the 6am timeslot with Orly Mercado: All Ready!, ending the second run of Todo Balita.

After leaving Radyo5 92.3 News FM in eqrly 2013, Ocampo hosted Arangkada Balita over DZRH weekdays at 5am, until late 2015 when he took am indefinite leave from radio. In august 2016, Ocampo returned on air, this time over DZRJ-AM with the third iteration of Todo Balita as Todo Arangkada Balita airing weekdays at 8 am. By December 2016 however, the show would be placed on the primetime 6:00-8:00 pm slot.
