Tofugaura-Kaigan Station (十府ヶ浦海岸駅 Tofugaura-Kaigan-eki) is a railway station under construction on the Kita-Rias Line in Noda, Iwate, Japan, operated by the third-sector railway operator Sanriku Railway Company. The station is scheduled to open on 25 March 2017.
Lines
Tofugaura-Kaigan Station will be served by the 71.0 km (44.1 mi) Kita-Rias Line between Miyako and Kuji. Located between Noda-Tamagawa and Rikuchū-Noda stations, it lies 57.6 km (35.8 mi) from the starting point of the line at Miyako.[1]

History
Initially given the provisional name Komeda Station (米田駅), construction work on the new station started on 3 August 2016.[2] The name Tofugaura-Kaigan for the station was selected and formally announced in November 2016.[1] The station is scheduled to open on 25 March 2017.[1]
