Touche Pas à Mon Poste

Touche Pas à Mon Poste is a television show that broadcasts shocking public video and "must see" pictures from the current week. It also discusses new shows and airs polemics via segments like "Je zappe, je mate" and "Vu/Pas vu à la télé" ("I Zap, I Mate" and "Seen/Not Seen On TV"). Each show, 2 or 3 famous persons talk about their own news and about the type of TV shows they watch, usually leaving time for them to be questioned.

History

In late 2007, Cyril Hanouna created the company, F2H, with Virginie Foucault (daughter of Jean-Pierre Foucault, with whom he worked on RTL) and Bertrand Houard to produce and coproduce entertainment television shows. Subsequently, Hanouna changed partners and created the company H2O Production, in April 2010. The Bolloré Group is the major shareholder of H2O, with 51% equity through its subsidiary company, Havas. Their main production is the show, Touche Pas à Mon Poste!, which France Télévisions decided to broadcast on France 4 (channel 14 of the French TNT).

Having succeeded in December 2011 against in the exchange of the media industry against shares in Vivendi, Bolloré will stop its audiovisual activities. Thus, in addition to the recovery by the Canal+ from the group, Bolloré Media, Havas Productions will divest its H2O Productions shares to Cyril Hanouna before it sells Banijay Entertainment in July 2012 to company producer Stéphane Courbit. Cyril Hanouna remains the executive producer of Touche Pas à Mon Poste!. With this transaction, the show will move from France Télévisions to Canal+ via D8.

In May 2012 while still presented by Cyril Hanouna, the show, Touche pas à mon poste!, transferred to the new channel D8, with its usual columnists: Thierry Moreau, Jean-Michel Maire, Enora Malagré, Jean-Luc Lemoine, and Christophe Carrière. The program offers a new formula with new sections led by Camille Combal or Bertrand Chameroy and Cartman’s entertainments accompanied by Nicolas Bouvard and occasionally Vincent Desagnat. In 2013, other columnists recruited by Laurent Ruquier will join the team. Columnist Elodie Gossuin made her comeback on the show in February 2014.

The show is on television from Monday through Friday, broadcasting live everyday except Friday. It is then rebroadcast in the late evening and again the next day at 9:00 A.M. Since September 2, 2013, the program has been broadcast in Belgium on Plug RTL with a slight tape delay.

For the season 2016/2017, the show is presented by Cyril Hanouna from Monday to Friday. During his absences, he was first replaced by Julien Courbet, then Enora Malagré.

Notable incidences

During season 4, Cyril Hanouna could not always be present, and the presenter job was given to Daphne Roulier. During the 2014-2015 seasons, a different viewer acted as a columnist every two weeks.

In October 2013, Gerard Louvin was temporarily laid off from the show after slapping the assistant director during the filming of a special, "Touche Pas à Mes Parodies!" The columnist was with Cyril Hanouna and Tefa, the DJ, making pancakes. Seeing the danger of an accident with the cooking oil in the windy conditions, Roulier became angry and slapped the assistant director. He came on the set as a guest on Monday to apologize.
