TowerBrook Capital Partners L.P. is an American private equity firm based in the New York City, and have additional offices in London. TowerBrook seeks for complex, control-oriented investments in large and middle market companies in European and North American markets. The firm was established as a successor of Soros Private Equity, a part of Soros Fund Management in 2005.[1]

TowerBrook has approximately $8 billion under management.[2][3] They also have a charitable foundation, the TowerBrook Foundation.[4]

Ramez Sousou, who founded the company in 2005 and is now co-chief executive has donated just under half a million pounds to the Conservative party since 2010.[5]
