The TransJakarta Corridors are the routes used by the TransJakarta bus rapid transit system. For most of the route, the buses run on dedicated bus lanes closed to normal vehicles. With a total busway corridor length of 210.31 kilometers, Transjakarta has the longest BRT coverage in the world.[1] In January 2016, the ridership is 320,000 passengers per day.[2] The first corridor was opened in 2004, with eleven corridors following in the next few years. Due to crushing traffic jams in the capital, hours of operation of both Transjakarta and KRL Jabodetabek have been steadily extended, especially since Jokowi became governor, now replaced by Ahok, his deputy who the latest make more improvement of TransJakarta System and add more buses and new feeder lines.

All Transjakarta services operate from 05.00 to 23.00 from Sunday to Thursday, while Friday and Saturday up to 24.00.[3] Amari (angkutan malam hari or night transport) and andini (angkutan dini hari or early morning transport) will serve of all corridors and nowadays only corridors 4, 6, 7, 11 and 12 are still operate in normal hours. Amari and andini only stop at the selected stations.[4] Though its bus rapid transit, some lines lack dedicated lanes and frequent service, for example, the new extension into Bekasi city (the first line to extend past the city limit).[5]

In December 2015, Institute for Transportation and Development Policy (ITDP) announced that 6 corridors from existing 12 corridors got international standard with bronze category. There are 4 categories, i.e. Basic Bus Rapid Transit (BRT), Bronze BRT, Silver BRT and Gold BRT. The six corridors were corridor 1 (Blok M-Kota), corridor 2 (Harmoni-Pulogadung), corridor 3 (Harmoni-Kalideres), corridor 5 (Ancol-Kampung Melayu), corridor 6 (Ragunan-Dukuh Atas), and corridor 9 (Pluit-Pinang Ranti).[6]

Feeder routes

In cooperation with other bus operators, TransJakarta has two feeder buses services that continue on the ordinary roads beyond the exclusive bus lanes. There are two services, one called 'City Bus Integration with TransJakarta Bus' (Bus Kota Terintegrasi Bus TransJakarta or BKTB) and the other 'Integrated Border Transit Busway' (Angkutan Perbatasan Terintegrasi Busway or APTB). Since August 1, 2014 TransJakarta stations do not sell non-TransJakarta ticket anymore and feeder bus passengers must buy TransJakarta ticket to enter the stations and also pay for a ticket inside the feeder buses.[16] The buses are equipped with special fold-out stairs that allow passenger to board/alight at either curbside level or the high level platforms.

Kopaja AC

The routes are:[17]
