Tulsidas Borkar (born 18 November 1934, in Borim, Goa) is an Indian musician, known for playing harmonium solo and his syle of accompanying in Hindustani rag sangeet and allied forms . [1][2] The Government of India awarded him the civilian honour of the Padma Shri in 2016.[3]
