UBH Denton (University Behavioral Health of Denton) is a Private Psychiatric Hospital Located in Denton, Texas. In 2012, it was bought from Ascend Healthcare by Universal Health Services, Inc.[1]

UBH Denton provides both inpatient and outpatient services, as well as specialty programs for patients with mental disorders, women's mental health and chemical dependency, pain management, military-related mental disorders (such as PTSD), and a program for children and adolescents.[2][3]

UBH Denton strives to provide timely, professional, effective and efficient service to all patients.

UBH Denton has been the subject of numerous lawsuits alleging wrongful death, sexual assault, and others.[4] A blogger has reported on this hospital for many years.[5] UBH sued the blogger, but ultimately the blog still exists.[6][7]
