UZ Pyxidis is a semiregular variable star located in the constellation Pyxis. It varies between magnitudes 6.99 and 7.83 over 159 days.[2] Located around 2116 light-years distant, it shines with a luminosity approximately 3560 times that of the Sun and has a surface temperature of 3482 K.[3]
