Hafiz Usman Qadir (born 10 August 1993, Lahore) is a Pakistan cricketer. The son of former Test cricketer Abdul Qadir, he has played domestically for Zarai Taraqiati Bank Ltd. and the Lahore Eagles, and was also part of the bronze-medal-winning team at the 2010 Asian Games in Guangzhou, China.
Family
Usman Qadir is the son of Abdul Qadir,[1] one of Pakistan's foremost leg spinners.[1] His uncle, Ali Bahadur, and brothers, Imran, Rehman, and Sulaman Qadir have all also played first-class cricket.[2]
Career
2010
In November,Usman Qadir acha was part of the team at the Asian Games in Guangzhou, China[3] which won a bronze medal by beating Sri Lanka in the 3rd place playoffs.
2012
Encouraged to come to Australia by Darren Berry, he is playing for the Adelaide Cricket Club in South Australia in the 2012–13 season and trying to decide whether to make his cricket future in Australia.[4]
