VOIS is a US-based startup company traded on the OTC:BB [1] that operates a social network for connecting businesses wishing to outsource to freelancers. Of note is their popularity in Egypt, Palestine, and Jordan [2] though this is omitted in their recent 10k. The address on their website does not exist. [3]
